Mecca - New Models for European Cost-efficent in-company Certification and Accreditation training
Lenardo da Vinci Pilot Project 2005-07
MECCA utilized Activity Based Training (ABT) principles based on industrial production processes and skills development processes. This framework may use of blended learning methods and digital media in the welding sector:
- The students produces a product during the training course
- Theoretical training sessions are immediately followed up by practical sessions
- The products are interchanged between the groups during the course, whereby it is necessary to chech ingoing and outgoing quality
- A pedagogy that utilize HOW to DO and HOW NOT to DO video
